These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the t6com platform, including all products, services, promotions, and features available at t6com.bio. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager.
A summary of the most important provisions. The full legal text in each numbered clause below is the binding version.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
2.1 By accessing t6com.bio, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any service provided by t6com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
2.2 If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing or using the t6com platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting t6com customer support.
2.3 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and t6com. Your continued use of the platform following any published update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account on t6com. This minimum age requirement applies throughout Indonesia, without exception. t6com strictly prohibits access by individuals under 21 years of age. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older.
3.2 Geographic Eligibility. t6com's primary target market is the Republic of Indonesia. Users are individually responsible for verifying that accessing and using online gaming platforms is consistent with the laws applicable to them in their specific location. t6com makes no representation that use of the platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction outside its licensed territory.
3.3 Legal Capacity. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapable of entering into contracts under Indonesian law or any other applicable law are not eligible to register on t6com.
3.4 Self-Exclusion. Individuals who have previously self-excluded from t6com or from any other gaming platform under a responsible gaming arrangement, and whose exclusion period remains active, are not eligible to register or to use the platform.
3.5 Employee Exclusion. Employees, officers, directors, and contractors of t6com, and immediate family members of such persons, are not eligible to hold a real-money account or to participate in real-money gaming or promotions on the platform.
4.1 One Account Per User. Each individual may register and maintain only one active account on t6com. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited.
4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and at any subsequent point at which t6com requests updated information. You must notify t6com promptly if any registered details change.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. t6com will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
4.4 Non-Transferability. Your t6com account is strictly personal. You may not transfer, assign, or sell your account or any account balance to any third party. You may not allow any third party to access or use your account on your behalf.
4.5 Username Policy. Usernames must not impersonate another person, contain offensive language, or incorporate the t6com brand name or any variation thereof in a manner that implies official affiliation. t6com reserves the right to require a username change at its sole discretion.
4.6 Duplicate Accounts. Where t6com identifies that a user holds more than one account, t6com reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, freeze the associated balances, cancel any pending withdrawals, and void any bonus credits or winnings derived from the duplicate accounts.
5.1 Verification Requirement. t6com is required to verify the identity of all users before processing withdrawal requests. This process — Know Your Customer (KYC) — requires you to submit documentation that confirms your identity, age, and ownership of the payment method used for deposits.
5.2 Accepted Documents. The following documents are accepted for KYC verification on t6com:
5.3 Submission Process. KYC documents must be submitted via the verification section of your t6com account dashboard. All documents must be clearly legible, unobstructed, and not expired. t6com reserves the right to request additional documentation where the initial submission is insufficient.
5.4 Processing Time. t6com aims to complete standard KYC reviews within one hour during 08:00–22:00 WIB. Complex cases may take up to 48 hours. You will be notified by email once your verification is complete or if additional documentation is required.
5.5 Consequences of Non-Verification. Accounts that have not completed KYC will be restricted from processing withdrawal requests. Gameplay and deposits are not affected by pending KYC. t6com reserves the right to suspend accounts where KYC documentation cannot be verified to its reasonable satisfaction.
6.1 Accepted Payment Methods. t6com accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed in IDR.
6.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 20.000 via e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) and Rp 50.000 via bank transfer. There is no maximum deposit limit for fully verified accounts.
6.3 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds from a payment account or method that is registered in your own name. t6com does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account may be returned and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
6.4 Processing Times. E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are typically credited to your t6com wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and BSI are typically credited within five minutes of payment confirmation.
6.5 Failed Deposits. t6com is not liable for any loss arising from failed or delayed deposits attributable to the User's bank or e-wallet provider. If a deposit is debited from your payment account but not credited to your t6com wallet within 30 minutes, contact t6com support at [email protected] with proof of payment.
6.6 No Refunds on Wagered Funds. Once funds have been deposited and wagered, they cannot be refunded. Unplayed deposit balances may be withdrawn subject to the withdrawal conditions set out in Clause 7.
7.1 Eligibility for Withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by users whose accounts have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals are paid exclusively to a payment account registered in the same name as the t6com account.
7.2 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. Supported withdrawal channels are: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, and DANA.
7.3 Processing Times. t6com aims to process all withdrawal requests within one hour during 08:00–22:00 WIB. Requests submitted outside these hours are processed at the start of the next operating window. OVO and DANA payouts are typically processed in real time. Withdrawal times may be extended in cases requiring additional verification.
7.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. There is no upper daily withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts in good standing, subject to t6com's standard security review process for large withdrawal requests.
7.5 Bonus Wagering Requirement. Any active bonus wagering requirement attached to a User's account must be completed in full before a withdrawal of the associated bonus winnings is permitted. Real-money balances deposited independently of an active bonus are not subject to bonus wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time.
7.6 Withdrawal Review. t6com reserves the right to conduct a security and compliance review of any withdrawal request, which may delay processing beyond the standard timeframes. Users will be notified if their withdrawal is placed under review and will be given an estimated resolution timeline.
8.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available on t6com are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, validity periods, game restrictions, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and maximum cashout limits. These Terms apply in addition to any promotion-specific terms.
8.2 Wagering Requirements. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the specific promotion) must be wagered before any associated winnings become withdrawable. Wagering contribution rates vary by game type and are set out in the individual promotion terms.
8.3 One Bonus Per Promotion. Each promotional offer is available once per eligible user unless stated otherwise. Multiple accounts created to obtain the same bonus are treated as duplicate accounts under Clause 4.6 and result in cancellation of all bonus credits and account closure.
8.4 Maximum Bet While Bonus is Active. While a bonus balance is active on your account, the maximum permitted bet per round or event is Rp 50.000 unless a higher limit is explicitly stated in the promotion terms. Bets placed in excess of this limit while a bonus is active may result in cancellation of the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it.
8.5 Bonus Expiry. Bonus balances and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus balances are removed from the account without replacement. Wagering progress towards an expired bonus is not carried forward.
8.6 Right to Withdraw or Modify. t6com reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. This right will not be exercised in a manner that unfairly prejudices users who have already opted into a promotion in good faith and commenced wagering activity.
8.7 Bonus Abuse. t6com monitors accounts for patterns indicative of systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-margin play designed to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk, coordinated multi-account bonus claiming, and use of automated tools to meet wagering conditions. Accounts identified as engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus balances cancelled and may be restricted from future promotional participation.
9.1 Game Integrity. All casino games available on t6com use certified random number generators (RNG) or physical dealing equipment (in the case of live dealer games). Games are independently tested and certified by accredited laboratories. t6com does not manipulate game outcomes.
9.2 Return-to-Player Rates. Published RTP (Return-to-Player) figures for all slot and RNG table games are theoretical long-term averages based on an infinite number of game rounds and do not represent a guarantee of any particular payout over any finite session. Actual results may vary significantly from the published RTP in any individual gaming session.
9.3 Malfunctions. In the event of a game or system malfunction — including but not limited to disconnection during a game round, software error, or incorrect game outcome display — t6com reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. Payouts based on erroneous results will not be honoured.
9.4 Sportsbook Rules. Sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with t6com's Sportsbook Rules, which govern market settlement, void conditions, bet cancellation, and the treatment of events that are postponed, abandoned, or result in a walkover. The Sportsbook Rules form part of this Agreement.
9.5 Disputed Outcomes. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game, the result recorded in t6com's server logs is conclusive. If you believe a game outcome has been recorded incorrectly, contact support within 48 hours of the disputed round with the relevant game round ID.
10.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on t6com and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and — where applicable — reporting to relevant authorities:

11.4 Minor Protection. t6com strongly encourages all account holders with children in their household to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gaming platforms. t6com's platform is strictly for users aged 21 and above.
12.1 t6com's Rights. t6com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — where it reasonably believes that any of the following apply:
12.2 Balance on Closure. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, t6com reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the breach is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part. Where closure is for reasons unrelated to user breach — for example, voluntary closure requested by the user — the remaining real-money balance will be returned to the user's verified payment method.
12.3 Voluntary Closure. You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting t6com support. Any active bonus balance at the time of voluntary closure will be cancelled. Real-money balances will be returned to your verified payment account within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.
13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, t6com's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any service provided thereunder shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.2 t6com shall not be liable for:
13.3 Platform Availability. t6com endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times or free from errors. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.
14.1 All content on the t6com platform — including but not limited to the t6com brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, text, graphics, game interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of t6com or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
14.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the t6com platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.
14.3 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any t6com content without the prior written consent of t6com. Unauthorised use of t6com's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action.
15.1 The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data by t6com is governed by the t6com Privacy Policy, available at t6com.bio/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms and forms part of this Agreement.
15.2 By registering on t6com, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, and platform improvement.
15.3 t6com applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmissions between the user's device and the platform. Passwords are stored in hashed form and are never accessible in plain text to t6com staff.
16.1 t6com reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published at t6com.bio/terms-conditions and will take effect from the date stated in the updated document.
16.2 Where an amendment materially affects your rights or obligations, t6com will provide notice via the email address registered to your account at least seven days before the amendment takes effect, where reasonably practicable.
16.3 Your continued use of the t6com platform after an amendment has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request voluntary account closure under Clause 12.3.
17.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which t6com holds its international gaming licence. By using the platform, you acknowledge that t6com operates as an internationally licensed offshore gaming operator.
17.2 User Responsibility. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the t6com platform complies with all laws applicable to you in your place of residence or location, including any restrictions on online gaming under Indonesian law or any other applicable legal framework. t6com makes no representation that use of the platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.
17.3 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and t6com, you should contact t6com customer support in the first instance. t6com is committed to resolving disputes promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the support channel, it will be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by t6com's licensing authority.
17.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
